STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics
Jewett School of the Arts is a magnet school focused on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) with a special emphasis on the Arts. We provide an enriched curriculum that prepares our students with the necessary skills and knowledge needed for college and career readiness that provides the necessary skills required for careers in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Our curriculum integrates the core and arts into a unified curriculum that enables a greater connection to the real world application and provides authentic purposes for learning and problem solving skills. Students engage in integrated learning as they explore the world around them, create innovative solutions to problems, and communicate their results while learning Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics.
